“It could be confusing, looking at the extreme polarity of these reviews. My experience with Biosmart and Renee has been really positive! The heaters are different than a standard in-wall heater. Rather than a blast of hot dry air, it’s a gentle, radiant heat that to me simply feels better! I’ve got my heater in a large room, and it heats the room well. It feels warmer than the actual set temperature on the thermostat. I’d also like to say that I was a union carpenter specializing in door hardware. From basic entry level locksets to complicated high security items . These heaters are well-made! They are designed to be easily taken apart and repaired by the owners if need be. Biosmart can be hard to connect with, but I it’s worth the effort! The phone worked best for me. I found Renee to be really knowledgeable about the heaters and went above and beyond as far as customer service goes.
