“It could be confusing, looking at the extreme polarity of these reviews. My experience with Biosmart and Renee has been really positive! The heaters are different than a standard in-wall heater. Rather than a blast of hot dry air, it’s a gentle, radiant heat that to me simply feels better! I’ve got my heater in a large room, and it heats the room well. It feels warmer than the actual set temperature on the thermostat. I’d also like to say that I was a union carpenter specializing in door hardware. From basic entry level locksets to complicated high security items . These heaters are well-made! They are designed to be easily taken apart and repaired by the owners if need be. Biosmart can be hard to connect with, but I it’s worth the effort! The phone worked best for me. I found Renee to be really knowledgeable about the heaters and went above and beyond as far as customer service goes. As far as the review where the conversation devolved, that’s not the Renee I dealt with on the phone or in person! I highly recommend these heaters!“
