“First of all, communication with their office was fast, clear, and efficient. They texted me to let me know that the technician Sean was done early on a job and would be coming over in a few minutes. When he arrived, he was polite, concerned about our floors (ready to use shoe covers and mindful about tracking dirt/debris in). He explained the potential problems very well, and kept me informed as he worked through potential solutions. He even taught me (because I asked out of curiosity) about how some of the parts worked to keep my AC running. Sean quickly and efficiently fixed the unit and worked to even improve it (leveling and stabilization) beyond how he found it.
