After the furnace went out I spent time calling everyone. Christianson's where the only one's to come out and trouble shoot and found and ordered the parts and came right back to install the parts and it works great
On what must be one of the busiest and coldest days of the year, we got an emergency weekend visit within 5hrs. No amount of googling even hinted at what the final problem was- and he figured it out in under 30 minutes. Fixed within 30 minutes of arriving, and we only got the expected emergency-weekend fee. Albert was relaxed and confident, and even better, correct! Thrilled with the service
Great customer service by both the person I spoke to on the phone and the one who came to the house. Very friendly and helpful with my fireplace and answering all of my questions . Would definitely recommend.
