It could be confusing, looking at the extreme polarity of these reviews. My experience with Biosmart and Renee has been really positive! The heaters are different than a standard in-wall heater. Rather than a blast of hot dry air, it’s a gentle, radiant heat that to me simply feels better! I’ve got my heater in a large room, and it heats the room well. It feels warmer than the actual set temperature on the thermostat. I’d also like to say that I was a union carpenter specializing in door hardware.
