Hunter began with a very thorough inspection of all parts of my heating system & quickly discovered why I had no heat. He carefully explained what had happened-the heat pump shut down at 30. He walked me through accessing emergency heat. In addition to knowing what he was doing, his kindness and professionalism made this an exceptional experience.
