First time using these guys, huge shout out to Taylor, Trevor and Zac for being so 'Americool' and making this a smooth process; getting the maintenance done efficiently, and even installing a new thermostat for me. Will definitely be using these guys again.

The quote was right around what I expected, and the sales guy Patrick did a great job answering questions and was very friendly. During the quote Patrick discovered a problem with my heat pump and showed me how my system works, and he actually ended up fixing the root of all my AC problems in a matter of seconds. Unfortunately, my old system has now been running better than the last 6 years since we bought this place, so I'm having a hard time replacing it now! When the time comes I definitely will go with Americool though, seems like a great company 🙂
