This is the 3rd time we have had David over the years. He is thoughtful and kind and able to communicate what is best for our situation. Wish we could get him every time we have a need.
The repairman that came out was polite, knew exactly what to do, and answered all my questions. The only thing I didn't like was how my service was scheduled. I was told the repairman would arrive between 8-5. Then I received a text saying the person would be here between 7-9 a.m. so I got up at 6:30 a.m.. They texted a way to track the arrival, but I would've had to sign up and log into an app. Our person let me know he'd be here at approximately 10 a.m.. He arrived at 10:00ish. Otherwise, the service was great. I would call them again if needed.
Our service person Davis was great. He came out checked our dishwasher ordered a new control panel and came back the next week and installed it for us. He provided great service and was very polite and professional.
