“My cat broke his femoral head and after spending 4 hours at another emergency vet and not getting care, we called Horse Heaven and although they were very busy they were able to get us in. It was really nice that we were able to wait at home until we could be seen. Once he was diagnosed we contacted our family vet to inquire about the surgery he needed, they couldn't see us for two weeks! Horse Heaven got us in the very next day. They communicated constantly during the day. They called before surgery and after surgery. They texted X-rays that perfectly explained what was done. Their kindness, care, compassion and communication are phenomenal. The facility itself is lovely and very, very comfortable. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, caring and competent. I can't recommend them enough! In a very stressful time, they eased our minds and our hearts.“
“Nice place and staff. Only issue is that it's on the bottom floor of the building. So lots of steps or long walk on the ramp to reach the door. So if you have walking issues just be careful“

“Dessert vet clinic is now my go to place. They went above and beyond to take care of costumers and animals. I have been deployed for about 4 months and my wife has tried to tell me our dog is losing weight and acting different, even with him eating everything she put in front of. He didn’t have these issues while I was home(maybe I didn’t catch it), so I told her it was stress. She insisted that he gets brought in and I’m so thankful that she did. The staff and doctor thoroughly diagnosed him with EPI and made my wife feel heard. They could see she was overwhelmed and went above and beyond, even clipping the dogs nails, which seems small, but it really made an impact. We are so relieved that they were able to advocate for our dog. Thank you for treating my family and dogs so well.“
