“I was in need of some new make-up because it’s been years so I went to the Ulta in Richland. I looked for the foundation that I had used in the past and it was no longer an item. As a “mature” woman, I was a bit overwhelmed at all the different brands and items and had no idea where to start. I had decided to go home and look online when Erminie approached me and asked if I was finding everything okay. I immediately said, “No, could you please help me?” I told her my skin type and she introduced me to some new make-up items that I’m just thrilled with. She took time with me and helped me choose the right colors, which look so lovely. She was also very knowledgeable about the ingredients. I left Ulta spending almost $200 and felt like a new person. Erminie was so very helpful to me and I’m so thankful she came to the rescue before I left the store.“
