There was a delay in the start date. Oscar informed me well ahead of time and didn't wait until the last minute.

The day the work started - The foreman introduced himself to me and acknowledged my concerns from the initial appointment with Oscar. They showed up at the same time everyday and and stayed all day. I have dealt with contractors before that come for a couple of hours and then leave, come back, leave again, etc.
