“Our rescue dog has been kicked out of two different grooming facilities due to “behavioral issues” and so my partner and I were anxious about his appointment at Shed Happens but Rebecca dealt with him like a pro and he got his full grooming. She treated Eugene like an individual dog rather than product to move through so she could get to the next one.
