“They got my dog right in on the next business day, which impressed me. I thought they had groomed her before, however I realized later that it was another salon. That didn't matter to them! They asked what I wanted done, I gave them instructions and let them have some lee way if there was any matting. It took 2 hours to get the phone call to pick her up, which to me was great, because other places have kept her half the day before! My baby came out looking like a million bucks, with her hair all blow dried, a flower around her neck and she smelled so fresh and clean! I already have my next appointment scheduled and if she only needs a bath and nails trimmed, then that's what they'll charge me for. We have found our new groomers and I'm happy they are so close by! Not a single complaint and the way our dog reacted to her made us know we had found the right place. Our dog came out looking much better than the other groomers and for less.
