A for effort, timeliness, and providing great service, even though I canceled my service. The technician was very thorough, checking all areas of the house for mice droppings. He and I went up ladders, under the house and all around the house. He didn't really find anything, which is what prompted me to cancel the service and try the DIY option first. I will definitely call them if my attempts don't succeed and set up service again.
Zeke is always extremely polite and respectful. If I ask for something special or ask him to address a new issue, he always takes care of it and reports back to me. Of all the venders who perform a service at my house, he’s the best and most consistently thorough.
Our service person was courteous and efficient in completing his job. Took the time to ask about any special problems or concerns that needed addressing to add to his list before he did his job. We are very happy with the service that our service person Curt provided.
