Pointe Pest Control, founded in 2006 by Inland NW Resident Jacob Borg, has grown to multiple locations across the Pacific Northwest. The company employs experienced and knowledgeable professionals committed to problem-solving and serving customers' needs. Pointe Pest Control gives back to the communities it serves through a Scholarship Program and an annual Charitable Bed Bug Treatment program. Customers praise the company's professional, knowledgeable, and friendly technicians, such as Ron, David, Caedman, Ivan, and Eric, who provide great service and care. Caedman was especially appreciated for being friendly, efficient, and patient with pets and children, while Ivan was recognized for going above and beyond in removing webs and being very professional. Eric checked all areas thoroughly, including side boxes on a 5th wheel, and re-baited traps, showing attention to detail. Even when a customer canceled service, the thorough technician was highly praised for his effort, timeliness, and service provided.
Joe Miller has been our preferred technician for a number of years now because my wife and I trust his work. We started with paper wasp extermination and moved on to door (field) mouse control. Joe explains everything in a way that is easy for us to understand and also is mindful of our circumstances. We've built a solid relationship of trust with Joe.
Caedman from Pointe Pest was very friendly and efficient. He came out and walked through our home with us and then went and sprayed for pests outside as well as laid traps underneath our home and within our home. He showed me where each trap was laid and explained what bait was on them and that certain ones could be reused. He was also friendly with our pups and patient with the kiddos who were very curious. We really appreciated his help.
Ivan went above and beyond! We have lots of webs out around the house and he’s very good about getting them all! He’s always professional and super nice! 100 out of 100 Awesome dude! Give that man a raise!! He’s one of the best!
