Lavish Hair Designs by Lacy is a Tri-Cities premier salon. The stylist is an awesome, talented, and fantastic hair colorist and stylist. She is very nice, personable, kind, helpful, considerate, and fun to talk with. Clients report she takes excellent care of their hair, getting amazing results and giving them exactly what they are looking for. She is skilled at complex color transformations, including creating natural-looking shades with depth, adding lowlights and highlights, and beautifully transitioning hair from dark to platinum blonde and back again without any brassy bits. She is also careful with haircuts, respecting requests not to cut too much. She can transform long, dark, or damaged hair into beautiful, bouncy, and shiny hair while keeping it long. She is the best hair stylist in the Tri-Cities, and clients strongly and absolutely recommend her. Many have been loyal customers for years, trusting her completely with their hair.
Lacy is truly a master stylist. We appreciate the time she takes to listen, we love the precision styling she is so skilled at, and most of all, we love her bright and caring personality. Never has my mom had a better haircut and style than she has here with Lacy. Highly recommend!
Lacy is awesome! She took excellent care of my hair. I am very happy with my results. I wanted to bring my summer blonde down to a more natural looking shade and give it some depth. She put in low lights and highlights that gave me the exact result I was looking for. She also respected my request not to cut too much of my hair off. She is a very nice, personable lady who is also a very talented hair colorist/stylist. I expressed to her that one of the reasons I chose to see her was due to the way she handled a negative review she received. Lacey did an amazing job! She got me in last min. Best hair stylist in the Tri Cities! I have very long dark hair and she took great care of it. It’s hard for me to trust many people to touch my hair but she was able to transform my long dead stringy hair to beautiful bouncy and shiny with still keeping it long. Would strongly recommend!
