“I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Lifetime Dental! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional, truly some of the best I’ve ever experienced, especially at a dental office.<br><br>The receptionist greeted me warmly, immediately acknowledged that it was my first visit, and made me feel welcome. She showed me where the complimentary coffee and drinks were located, pointed out the restrooms, and made sure I felt comfortable right away.<br><br>When my hygienist came out, she gave me a tour of the office and walked me through the entire process and plan for my appointment. Throughout my visit, other team members would stop by to see if she needed anything, and I was especially impressed by how everyone interacted with one another. You could genuinely tell that the staff and dentists enjoy working together, and that positive atmosphere carries over into the way they care for their patients.<br><br>The little extras were such a nice touch: a complimentary warm blanket, paraffin hand treatment, and a great welcome bag! It felt more like a spa experience than a dental appointment.<br><br>Most importantly, this was hands down the most comprehensive dental appointment I’ve ever had. Everything was explained thoroughly, nothing felt rushed, and I left feeling like they had taken the time to truly listen and evaluate my needs.<br><br>5 out of 5 experience from beginning to end. Exceptional service, thoughtful touches, a welcoming team, and incredibly thorough care. I’m so glad my sister recommended me to Lifetime Dental!”
