I needed to come in right away, I called and they told me a good time to come in. I came in early but they sat me down at the time they gave me. I was pleased with my appointment! I just needed some gel polish removed, nothing elaborate. They teamed up and got it done quickly! I hope the tip I gave them was enough because now that I’m home I wish I have given them more. Though, my appointment was only, maybe, 15 minutes. I am happy with my services!

I love that Crystal Nails doesn't smell so strongly of nail polish and remover! Service is cheerful and friendly. One possible drawback is limited staffing at the times I visited made groups of more than two or three at the same time a challenge so if you want to have everyone done at the same time call to see if they have additional staff available for special events....but scheduling an appointment is a good idea anyway if you don't want to wait.

Had such a good experience. Came into town and needed a last minute pedi sesh scheduled for the girls and I, and they got us in no prob. We decided on the #7 and were not disappointed. Extremely thorough and attentive. Thank you, B!
