I had an excellent experience here. I came in with just a little bit of knowledge from searching the www. But had some very specific questions regarding installation. All my questions were answered and I was even given printed detailed specs as I was doing the install myself. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Goodbye baseboards!

Sam and Tucker showed up on time at 9:00 am. They removed the existing 512 lb wood burning insert. They installed the new pellet insert with new liners after cleaning the chimney. They did a very efficient and clean job. They were done by 2:00. Sam and crew came back the next day and rebuilt our chimney cap.

I had my summer clean and service done today and I'm so impressed with the results! My fireplace looks nearly new! Franky and Harry were my techs and they were fast, efficient and friendly. I will definitely use them again. Great customer service!
