This was my first time getting my nails done in Tri Cities, and I seriously got so lucky by choosing this place!! Voted best nail salon in 2025 for a reason! The manager Ocean was extremely helpful and I did not feel rushed, and my nail tech Ginny went above and beyond and made sure each detail was perfect and gave me the exact design that I wanted! All within a hour. I definitely recommend this place, it is clean, quality, and P.S. they serve mimosas!!! (Ignore my bad self tan on my hands lol)

I was a walk-in and was told they could take me right away. That wasn’t actually true. I waited awhile which honestly was fine since I was able to listen to an audiobook while waiting. It’s clean which is important. I got a pedicure and a manicure by two different staff members. Both did a very nice job. I especially like my manicure. The massage wasn’t great by either but my priority was my nails and in fairness I am hyper sensitive due to a nerve condition. I do recommend them and again I do very much like how my manicure came out. My nails are the perfect requested shape and I made it home without a nicks. 🙂

The service was top tier. I was a random walk in and I was greeted and sat in a chair within 5 mins. The hospitality was EXCEPTIONAL. They are expensive and that’s the only downside to them otherwise I’d give 5 starts. Ren was GREAT
