“Reza came after a sewage backup to clear our line and to help fix some plumbing mistakes made by previous plumbers. They worked with our cleanup specialist to get photos and information ahead of the visit. He pointed out everything that was needing immediate repair, made good suggestions for maintenance and future repairs that would be needed. He took a lot of photos and explained everything along the way. I got a a high and low estimate for the work ahead of time that were fair. Definitely would recommend for myself and others in the future.“

The first was in the middle of the night on a Sunday, and Nick showed up in under 30 minutes. He was so kind, professional, and calm, and he fixed everything fast while taking the time to explain what was going on. The price was more than fair for an after-hours call.

When I needed their help again (for a different issue) Josh and Eph were at my house in about 20 minutes. When I mentioned I had guests coming, they offered to come back later that evening and didn’t even charge me for the first visit. That level of honesty and care is so rare these days. “They came out same day, mid afternoon and worked outside near the septic system. Also, through previous homeowners and during the previous inspection an access lid was covered with part of the deck so part of the deck had to be cut out. They found the issue (blockage) at one of the baffles and we were good to go. Very professional and informed us of each and every step they were going to take before taking it. Highly recommended and reasonable price for same day service, as well as many extra steps they took.“

If you're looking to get your water heater replaced, look no further! You might get cheaper quotes from other companies but most of them are not licensed plumbers and use a cheaper brand of water heater. Rooter Pal installed a Bradford White water heater with brass fittings, which are way more durable than what the cheaper competitors use.
He was able to accommodate me in his schedule pretty quickly and made the whole process seamless. He even came back to replace an out-of-stock part free of charge. Rooter Pal will be my go-to for all my plumbing needs in the future.

“I was happy the company was able to provide same day service and they were able to resolve my drain pipe concern. They were professional, the crew took their boots off without me having to ask (although I wish they had a foot bootie), they were able to answer the questions I had, they tidied up the area before leaving. They could have been a bit personable, like could have smiled. The person who set up my appointment seemed friendly and her phone skill was up to par.

I was about to give a 5 star but then I read the other reviews where other customers were charged a similar price for drain cleaning including a pipe repair and a lower price for just drain cleaning.
