I called Jim Dandy earlier this week as I had used them a few years ago. My sewage line had backed up during the heavy rains twice this fall/winter. Andrew came out with a video/scope and showed me what was causing the problem (roots growing in a the joints in two places and buildup on another area due to another issue). Anyway - Andrew is super knowledgeable and I appreciated him talking to me on the phone before the appt explaining what would be done while on-site. Then he was great and walking me through the findings, showing them to me on the camera/video and laying out the go-forward plan and options. A great experience overall and I highly recommend.
