I was having issues with a leak in my bathroom sink. Not only was I able to get an appointment super fast, Austin kept me informed about when he’d arrive. It was NOT an easy job but he did a great job and kept me informed on the process as he went along. Really great work and excellent communication!
I called Jim Dandy with an unexpected need to cap off a gas line on preparation for a new dryer. Manny was able yo come out just a few hours after I called. He was professional and very friendly. He assessed my project, we discussed my needs and he was able to do the work in under an hour. He cleaned up after he was done and helped me put the dryer in a good location to prepare for the delivery of a new one. I would request Manny anytime you need plumbing work.
