Spent several hours troubleshooting my backed up kitchen sink last night to no relief. I contacted the main office this morning where I chatted with Sandra(Cindy? sry) and Taylor as we talked about my issue and they coordinated with dispatch. Several hours later Steve and Aiden arrived, assessed the situation, and got me working again in a couple of hours of hard work.
Throughout the process I could tell communication between the main office and techs was solid, Steve and Aiden arrived fully apprised of my conversation with the office and got straight to troubleshooting after pleasant introductions.
