“I have been coming to Hot Yoga of Mill Creek for about 7 months now. I was a complete beginner when I started and have struggled with flexibility my whole life. Coming here for classes once a week has helped immensely with increasing my flexibility! All of the instructors are very kind, informative and easy to follow along. The Hatha classes are my personal favorite. The studio is clean and never gets too packed. The heat is cozy and manageable. Overall, I would highly recommend this studio to beginners and advanced yogis.“

“I wanted to share that my one on one Ayurveda wellness sessions with Josie have been super helpful. I now have a specialized daily routine for my body in the way I care for my internal and external health. I feel so much better and she was able to guide me to change some habits I have had for most of my life that were no longer serving me. I highly recommend Josie if you’re interested in what Ayurveda can offer you! ❤️“

“I really enjoyed this studio. My core usually never gets sore, but after trying their reformer class, I was definitely feeling it the next day or 2 after! I like the challenge of slowing down and feeling the mind muscle body connection. The trainers seem knowledgeable about how to process or modify movements if available. I also like that there’s yoga classes on the schedule and I look forward to trying those too. I’d suggest trying to book reformer classes because they can get popular and some people will eventually fall off the waitlist.“

“First of all, I LOVE Edmonds and love that going to Barre3 allows me to visit my favorite little neighborhood. Especially on a clear day, parking my car near Barre3 gives me a breathtaking view of the Olympic mountains!I happened to buy a 10-pack right before I got pregnant, and finally had the energy to use them during my second trimester. Every instructor has such positive energy and gave me helpful modifications for my growing bump. I'm so glad I had these classes as a low-impact way of staying active during pregnancy because I always leave class feeling reenergized, strong, and so proud of my body!“

“Zee is professional, kind, respectful, and amazing at their craft. They take their time to understand why you're visiting them and are openly willing to work with you to target what's bothering you the most. I've had a knot in my shoulder for years and after just one session with them, I feel so much better already. Looking forward to my next visit!“

“Jordan and Sara are both incredible practitioners and people!! Not only do they make you feel seen and heard but they have a way of helping you tune into your body and allow deeper healing to occur. I've had massage and body work with Sara while working through a hamstring injury. She was the first one to finally breakthrough some scar tissue to allow my body to heal. Reiki with Jordan was a calming and intuitive process. I am grateful for the work they do and the space that they have created.“

“I really love the instructors and laid back atmosphere. Instructors are knowledgable, kind, and attentive. I can come in on a good day and get a great workout or come In on a bad day and give myself credit for showing up without judgment. Everything is organized and the system in-particular for signing up for classes is clear. Very happy to be a part of the community. Thank you!“

“I have been going to Twist for about 10 years and the sense of community the owner Jen has created is unmatched. She also has a great eye for bringing in teachers with a variety of styles who all have respect for yoga's true purpose. I have always had great experiences with Jen and her staff, and was really impressed with how they adapted during the pandemic. I did an India retreat with Jen a few years ago and it was one of the best experiences of my life. Definitely hope to do another someday. Twist Yoga is the best!“

“I have been seeing Cheree at Pilates Edmonds for over 12 years. When my wife first suggested I try pilates I thought it was going to be easy and a waste of time. I was wrong. Some workouts are very difficult-especially when learning how to do the exercises properly and isolating the muscles we are targeting. I wish I had training like this when I first started in sports as a young kid. I have finally learned a lot of proper techniques for stretching, building core strength (yeah, we think we have it as young athletes but do not) and most importantly for me dealing with injuries and their aftermath. Both sports and my career have lead to injuries resulting in developing ways to compensate and work around these injuries. Cheree has taught me ways to overcome these injuries both old and new. She helps me to not only continue in the sports I love but to regain some of the strength and abilities I thought I had aged out of. I view my time with Cheree as not only some of the best strength training I have ever had but also some of the best physical therapy. Without Cheree I would not be able to enjoy life and sports the way I do today.“

“I started practicing Yoga 2 weeks ago at Leela's. I was first met by the owner who is super nice! She advised it was ok for me to start yoga while pregnant but she did ask for a doctor's note which made me think they really care about your wellbeing :). They have this special for new students where you can go as many times as you'd like during the first month for just $30, which is pretty awesome. So far I've tried a couple of different classes with Lydia, Michala and Cara and they've all been amazing. I most definitely will keep going to Leela's!“
