I'm happy that we find a good dance studio in Sammamish and we are looking forward to the performance.“

7425 166th Ave NE c245, Redmond“The classes are great but I do agree with other reviews that the contact from the company is aggressive. I love yoga for the calm and peace it brings and the classes have done just that. The constant follow ups in person and via technology can be a bit much and off putting to the program. Hoping the feedback gets heard and listened to.“

7345 35th Ave NE, Seattle“I love the instructors! They are welcoming, experienced and able to help folks adjust for different abilities. It feels like a welcoming community space. In particular, Tracy and MJ are two of my favorite instructors in the city. I always leave their classes feeling centered and fulfilled. Ive followed them from other sites of practice and would recommend their classes to anyone regardless of ability.“

“Mid 40's and more fit than I've been in my life -- strength, body tone, and flexibility -- thanks to Knotty Yoga. I have great results attending only 2 or 3 hour-long classes each week, and have gained new physical skills that I never thought I could, e.g. rope climbing, acro, stretching, fabric, etc. Mason's a great instructor, thoroughly trained in fitness and massage, adapts classes and guidance to everyone's individual capabilities, and makes them fun and social. Classes are fast paced, varied, and strenuous, but not intensely tough or competitive. You'll get to know other regular attendees (aged 20s thru 50s), and have fun encouraging each other as you swiftly improve.“

“Phenomenal space, teachers, community, light, music and heat! This is a wonderful place to not only practice but to meet a lot of great people. I LOVE it here and feel lucky to have found it. It's a special studio with a unique vibe and energy. HIGHLY recommend!“

7800 NE Bothell Way #155, Kenmore“All the classes offered are great. I recently attended the Yoga Nidra and it was money well spent! Invest in your wellbeing and take a class at Lake View Yoga!“
2 - 7:30PM
5220 12th Ave NE, Seattle“If you want a class that goes through the motions, this is not it. If you want a class where you actually learn about the poses and grow in your practice, this is it. Tara's classes are methodical and well choreographed, with each pose building upon the previous for deeper opening and growth. Tara's teaching style is straight forward--she demonstrates each pose step by step and explains in detail. She then watches us as we practice and repeat, assisting and recommending alternate poses as needed. I appreciate the slowness of her class as it gives me time to feel my body open and receive and to connect my mind to my body and breath.“
“Amazing yoga studio! Loved the online workshop I attended. So much valuable information. Can’t wait for future workshops!“
9AM - 8PM
1815 N 45th St #205, Seattle“Aditi has the best prenatal yoga classes I’ve taken. They are consistent, well informed, gentle and safe. You can tell that the women who take them are healthy and happy in their pregnancy. I recently learned that you don’t get that at some other established prenatal classes in the area. I recommend this yoga studio to anyone and everyone.“
9 - 11AM
13317 NE 175th St C, Woodinville“I moved to Woodinville about 3 years ago from the Bay Area where I had access to amazing yoga studios and teachers (before the pandemic). Finding a new studio was challenging, but I'm happy to say that I found one I love! The teachers are warm and welcoming, and there is a good variety of classes. They also offer special events like Yoga Nidra, Women's circles, and classes on natural health. It's really wonderful having such a sweet space to practice.“

4741 Rainier Ave S, Seattle“Hands down the best acupuncture experience I’ve ever had! I did 7 sessions focusing on releasing emotional blockages and felt significant shifts over the month!! I would even say life changing… Jenna is a great listener and knows exactly what to do (tapping, cupping, acupuncture, craniosacral) in the sessions based off the feelings or physical pain that surface & Kaia is also the best presence to have around ?“

I have encouraged friends and family to start doing Pilates, and those who have, absolutely love it. I do too and would highly recommend Union Pilates to you. They are amazing.“
“This is a great space for practice in all senses, and Troy is an amazing teacher with deep knowledge and an admirable skill attending to each student and supporting where they are in their own practice.“
“Best school ever! Great Sifu who cares about her students and building community. Queer and BIPOC friendly.“
8:30AM - 12:30PM
18047 NE 68th St b102, Redmond“I've been to here twice and have been a member at Be One Yoga Kirkland for a few years as well. The hot studio is quite nice. It feels very evenly heated and almost feels like a nice warm sauna.
I did a 90 minute Hatha class and Darci taught. Gave a lot of good pointers and understood my needs and suggested modifications as needed to get into some poses as I am a bit more stiff than most.
It is just getting started and classes are very open and the studio has a warm cozy vibe to it.“
7AM - 7PM
23511 56th Ave W, Mountlake Terrace“Great gym with lots of equipment and classes. Currently undergoing renovation which has interrupted some features but will be great once completed.“
“I've been doing private pilates lessons at the Greenlake studio and I am SO impressed! After just 2 sessions my back feels better than ever. My instructor Kristina is very knowledgeable about the body and exercise, gives great cues, and really has a sharp eye for noticing asymmetry or if you're engaging the wrong muscle for the exercise. Feels very safe during COVID as well. Looking forward to more!“
“Renee is a truly supportive, motivating and skilled instructor! I have scoliosis and was interested in learning more about yoga. Renee created a fantastic individualized program of stretching and strengthening exercises. I highly recommend working with Renee!“

“I’ve been going to this hot yoga studio for a few months now and have really loved it! At the end of each class, I always feel refreshed and the yoga flow always helps get the aches out of my joints. I do a lot of sports - running, climbing, hiking, and swimming. At the end of each week, hot yoga helps me recover and prevent injuries.Steve is my favorite instructor I’ve had for any hot yoga class. He has amazing energy, is always kind and supportive, and leads classes that leave me feeling refreshed and inspired. I also feel that Amy is wonderful and so kind - I’ve really enjoyed her hatha classes.I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because I’ve taken a handful of classes with Joyce, and I don’t feel that she is very friendly. There have been multiple times that she’s called me out or snapped at me in class for doing a variation of a pose instead of what she precisely instructed. It makes the class feel rigid and stressful. She hasn’t cared to learn my name or to give me any positive encouragement. I decided I won’t take her classes anymore cause I always feel stressed out at the end of them. The instructors sort of make or break your experience, and most of my experiences at this studio have been positive, and I do plan on continuing to come back.“
