“I love this gym so much it's hard to put into words. Of all the places I ever worked out, Barre3 Edmonds has the best instruction, the best workouts, the best people, and a fantastic facility. Also extra shoutout to Shannon in Play Lounge, who is so incredible with my kids that they look forward to accompanying me to my workouts.“

3516 Fremont Pl N suite d, Seattle“I recently visited this yoga studio and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The studio was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing environment that made it easy to focus and unwind. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and committed to making every participant feel comfortable.
The yoga instructor was highly skilled, patient, and knowledgeable. They explained each pose clearly, offered helpful guidance, and ensured that students of all experience levels could follow along comfortably. I especially appreciated their attention to proper technique and their encouragement throughout the session.
The quality of the classes was outstanding. The sessions were well structured, balancing stretching, strength, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. I left feeling refreshed, energized, and more focused. The instructor created a supportive atmosphere that encouraged both physical and mental well-being.
Another thing I appreciated was the studio’s strong focus on cleanliness and comfort. The practice area was spotless, the equipment was well maintained, and the overall environment felt calm and inviting. The peaceful setting made it easy to disconnect from daily stress and fully enjoy the class.“

15744 Redmond Way, Redmond“I joined Discover Yoga during my first trimester after my doctor recommended prenatal yoga, and I'm so glad I did. I've been attending Kristen Stevens's weekly class every Saturday morning at 11 AM (they also offer a virtual option, which is great for flexibility).
Kristen structures her classes really well, focusing on mobility and core strength, which has made a huge difference for me. She takes the time to explain the benefits of each asana in detail, and she always brings such a positive, calming energy to the room.
Initially, I struggled to find my balance, but after sticking with it week after week, I've gradually built up endurance and strength. More than anything, this class has given me confidence in my body and in my ability to get through this pregnancy.
I highly recommend Kristen's class to any expecting mom looking for a supportive, knowledgeable instructor.“

8115 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle“I can't say enough great things about Scott. He's incredibly intuitive and talented at what he does.
I've dealt with some serious issues since childhood - I accidentally ingested paint thinner as a kid, and it affected my muscles and fascia for most of my life. I'm talking 60+ years of tightness and limited mobility.
Scott has genuinely helped me heal in ways I didn't think were possible. He's been able to break down the fascia and help my muscles move again. After all these years, I'm finally feeling like my body is actually healing from that early trauma.
This has been life-changing for me, and I give Scott a lot of credit for helping me get moving again.“

7345 35th Ave NE, Seattle“I would give Kim 6 out of 5 stars!!! She knew I was newly back to 8 Limbs, now a senior dealing with a total knee replacement and other joint issues. She takes time to guide me to modified poses that still give me a more than satisfactory experience. She greets everyone at the door and with a smile ask people how they are doing. She is thorough with understandable cues and has a sweet sense of humor. I am always happy when I leave class.“

124 Denny Wy, Seattle“Club Pilates in Queen Anne is warm, welcoming, and convenient with a core of good instructors. Easy to schedule, both because the app is good and because this studio often has space in classes. (I note one reviewer complained the workout is too easy-maybe so for them-it’s definitely not a boot camp environment. Or maybe they didn’t take time to test into the hardest level classes.)
For me it’s useful that Club Pilates QA offers classes that can be modified up or down as needed. They’ve helped me improve core strength and posture, and reduce joint pain from old sports injuries. I hear there is now free parking for members though I’m fortunate to live in walking distance. I also like having a membership level that allows me to use other Club Pilates studios when I travel. Reading back this review sounds like PR but I sincerely enjoy working out there, so it’s easy to keep consistent.“

“I've taken 4 classes now through WellHub all with different instructors. And EVERY single one of them have been absolutely welcoming, helpful, and encouraging. I have a lot of stiffness and inflexibility that I'm working through and the hot yoga has been an absolute phenomenal help. For beginners like me who's struggling through some of the poses, they guide you through alternative poses and ways to slowly work your way towards the correct poses. I can't rave enough about how wonderful the staff is, and the facilities are always so nice and clean. This studio is THE BEST!“
