I have been going to Twist for about 10 years and the sense of community the owner Jen has created is unmatched. She also has a great eye for bringing in teachers with a variety of styles who all have respect for yoga's true purpose. I have always had great experiences with Jen and her staff, and was really impressed with how they adapted during the pandemic. I did an India retreat with Jen a few years ago and it was one of the best experiences of my life. Definitely hope to do another someday. Twist Yoga is the best!
Great instructors ! Very positive and calm environment. Lot of inspiration from Hindu and Vedic culture. Great to see organic way of making ourselves, through channeling our energies by Yoga.
Best yoga studio to get your YTT certification and continuing education. The instructors are amazingly knowledgeable and you can customize your 500hr certification. I love this studio!
