We were quoted a job by a big name sewer & drain company with a plan to open up the sidewalk, replace our old, misaligned concrete drain with PVC, and then shoot a liner out to the street.My brother-in law said we need to call The Pipe Dr, they had just done some great work for him. I told Tricia our issue, and she recommended the same procedures, for about 1/3 of the price. She showed me samples from her truck and made sure I understood the process & materials. Her crew is diligent & respectful, and had their work cleaned up and contained between service days. All properly permitted and inspected by the city before they closed it back up, and the sidewalk now looks nicer where they worked, than it does on the rest of the block. : )The tens of thousands of dollars she saved us, and the awesome communication, and being able to support an honest, local, family run business feels like such a win/win/win. And we now have NO segments of crumbling concrete sewer between our home and main city line. Hooray!“

“Joe Gardner and his team at Raymark Plumbing are the best! My house had the brittle, prone-to-break C-PVC pipes, so I had to have the entire place re-piped. This is a wide-spread issue in my development, so I had already talked to a handful of neighbors who had already done this. Based on what they told me about their experiences, my own research, and then my experience with Raymark, Raymark was cheaper, faster, and less destructive. Everyone told me they had to entirely rip out or at least remove parts of my bathroom tile. Joe replaced the pipes and the soaker tub faucet from below and left the tile intact. Even though the whole process took about 5 days, the water was only off for long periods of time for 2 days. Every night I had water in the kitchen and one full bathroom, so I didn't have to stay in a hotel or at a friend's house. (One place had my neighbor move out for a mind-boggling 2 weeks!) The price was more than fair, they showed up when they said they would, and everything they touched looked better afterwards (except, of course, the holes in the wall, which a drywall place had to repair). I would highly recommend them.“

Details included all pricing and rebates/discounts making for an easy decision. I chose the furnace/heat pump option. From proposal to installation was 3 working days. The installation team was courteous and respectful of our property, gave me detailed information on the installation program and process throughout the day. They configured the furnace filter housing per my request to make the filter replacement easier. They worked until after 6pm to ensure the installation was completed in one day as we were expecting cold temperatures the next few days. When they left there was zero debris left behind. One more comment. The Honeywell Smart Thermostat came without the required wifi router. The salesman Jevon was quick to resolve the issue for me.“
