They worked tirelessly to hunt down the cause by mapping the pipe system in my crawl space, teaching us along the way about replacing cartridges to save money and after carefully removing drywall to chase the suspected crossover issue they discovered the cause of a misrouted pipe that a previous contractor had laid. Tonight I lingered in a hot bath for hours with a prayer of thanks for their commitment, dedication and eagerness to solve for an issue that other plumbers I contacted did not have.
