The salesman/technician Matthew and the installer technicians, Jeremy and Mike, did a great job. I wanted to limit the number of new holes in the side of the house, so they went out of their way to adapt the existing 6-inch exhaust hole for reuse with the new 2-inch exhaust pipe.
