“I have used Overlake since 2019 in two different homes. In addition to routine maintenance, I have had an entire A/C system installed which included electrical and gas line work, which was difficult due to the location in a narrow hallway closet. I have also had them replace a condenser in another system. Recently, they replaced a gas water heater with a tankless system. This was a difficult installation due to the location in the center of the house and the need to install intake and exhaust pipes to the exterior of the house. A technician and two installers made separate visits and then I was given a detailed proposal with recommendations and several options. The owner, Robert, called to answer my list of questions, so that I fully understood my options. The work was scheduled within the week. The installers arrived on time, reviewed the project with me and kept me updated as the work progressed.They laid down protective coverings over the hardwood floors, as they had to drain and remove the 80 gallon water heater through the living area. The installation required that they cut two access openings in an existing chase to gain access to an outside wall. They cleaned up afterwards and I could not tell that they had been working there. I have always experienced great service from the initial contact through the completion of a project. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their HVAC and water heater services.”
