They have all been great at offering adjustments and explanations whenever I’m not getting a move right, and I can really feel the impact it’s having on my strength, especially my core!“

407 NE 73rd St Unit A, Seattle“This is a great pilates studio. Everyone is kind and knowledgable to an older guy. They have the best website for scheduling i have encountered which is a big deal. Great neighborhood spot - especially helpful if you like yoga but also enjoy some science too. Nice reasonably priced merch too.“

Their free intro class was a great way to introduce myself to the reformer machine and all the instructors have been so helpful in getting comfortable challenging myself in a new environment! Special shout out to Robyn as an instructor whose classes are always very fun and engaging. ?“

14715 Bel-Red Rd Building G Suite 100, Bellevue“Dry needling with Aaron Lee has been game-changing for my quality of life. After struggling with chronic trap pain and tension for years, l've finally found care that can alleviate my pain.
I pursued physical therapy with no expectations or prior knowledge of what to expect. Dry needling, similar to acupuncture, was super intimidating to me but Aaron made the process easy. He was friendly, approachable, and ready to answer all my questions. Although I was scared, my body felt safe to relax and the dry needling in my traps made me cry tears of relief on the table! It was the somatic healing I never knew I needed.
I found the Synergy PT office from a list of providers accepted by my insurance and was able to book an appointment super easily. The office is located in a small business lot with readily accessible parking.
I'm beyond pleased with my results after only a month of treatment. I highly recommend visiting Aaron Lee for your PT needs.“

3333 Wallingford Ave N, Seattle“Wow. That was incredible!
I tried two different techniques while I was at Evolve: Breath Work and SPRe body work . Both for the first time. Chelsea and Jill are both highly skilled and very chill. I felt safe and had confidence in them, which was important for me as I really didn't know what to expect. I knew I wanted to learn some techniques that I can use to calm my central nervous system. I also have a number of pain related ailments and wanted to get a sense of where my body was holding stress or blocking recovery.
I'm happy to report that after one breathwork session I left with a much better understanding of how I breathe, and how I can open up to deeper and more directed breathwork. More importantly, she gave me some basic visualization tools to use with the breathing that I can build on by myself. I've used this a number of times since and I'm able to bring myself to a calm and strong state using these tools. I wish I had booked more time to do the SPRe bodywork while I was in town. I'm glad I dipped my toe in, and I am eager to set up a few sessions with Jill, as I got the sense that she really can help me get to a better place with regards to my chronic pain patterns.
It's a lovely studio, with a calm and happy vibe, and I look forward to coming back. Thanks again Chelsea and Jill!“

The studio is very nice and the parking is easy. If I lived here, I would definitely be a client.“

I have a lot of stiffness and inflexibility that I'm working through and the hot yoga has been an absolute phenomenal help. For beginners like me who's struggling through some of the poses, they guide you through alternative poses and ways to slowly work your way towards the correct poses. I can't rave enough about how wonderful the staff is, and the facilities are always so nice and clean. This studio is THE BEST!“

2351 10th Ave E, Seattle“I’ve spent the last 15 years trying to get into Pilates but it never “took”- then I stumbled upon Pilates on 10th. This is such a great studio. Classes are small, so you get focus from your instructors. They are also varied and plentiful so you can always find what you need within your schedule. Lastly, there’s a very welcoming and non-intimidating vibe. Instructors are diverse in terms of age, gender and body types….as is the clientele. BONUS: take a late morning weekend class and then get brunch next door at De La Santa afterwards for a little treat.“

The studio itself is very spacious and has a lot of equipment catered to a lot of needs. I like the way that they periodically arrange things to refresh the setup; every time I go there, I feel like I'm trying to plot this as if it's my day one.
I highly recommend this place, the instructors, and the Pilates as a whole to everybody who's interested.“

7530 Olympic View Dr #104, Edmonds“Before I started working with Lexie, I had never tried Pilates. I walked into my first session unsure of what to expect and worried I might not keep up. From the first class, she changed that.
She introduced every movement with clarity and purpose, explaining both the technique and the reason behind it. Her knowledge of the body is strong, and she adjusts exercises with care so you feel challenged but never overwhelmed. She is patient, attentive, and easy to work with, which makes learning comfortable and effective.
If you are new to Pilates and looking for someone patient, skilled, and genuinely invested in your progress, Lexie is an excellent instructor.“
