“I had a shoulder injury and been in constant pain for over 1.5 years until I started seeing Priyanka Gupta for physical therapy. I had seen two other physical therapists for over a year in addition to chiropractor, acupuncturist, and sports medicine specialist. None of them were able to pin point the exact cause of my pain. Priyanka was able to identify the cause of my pain and prescribe appropriate therapy exercises to help me overcome my issues within a few sessions. I am now pain free and able to resume the physical activities that I enjoy. I highly recommend Priyank Gupta.“

A newbie to Pilates, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but every teacher I’ve had the chance to work with has been supportive, encouraging and all-around wonderful.I look forward to continuing to attend classes and would encourage anyone at any experience level with Pilates to do the same!“

3333 Wallingford Ave N, Seattle“This studio was such an amazing find. I've worked with three of the instructors and they all have provided caring and thoughtful instruction with deep expertise. They find ways to work with my injuries and still deliver a challenging workout. I've found improved stability and strength during my time at Studio Evolve, as well as fun! It's a really kind and supportive community there.“

2712 Eastlake Ave E, Seattle“I must admit, I haven't had much success with yoga classes or gyms. But, at Union Pilates, I found my place. The classes are tiny so it's the ideal balance of a group experience and 1 on 1 guidance. The owner, Ashley, is paying attention to you and offering relevant, specific guidance without the focus being totally on you. I LOVED it and plan to go back on a regular basis. It truly was the most comfortable, motivating and useful fitness class I've ever had. Hot tip- wear form fitting clothes.“
“Club Pilates SLU is amazing! Everyone is so welcoming, the instructors are supportive and motivating, and I'm never not challenged. The stress-relief I get from my classes is super helpful and I swear I feel stronger after each class. I'm so glad I found this studio!“

3627 Stone Way N suite D, Seattle“Absolutely loving this studio and this method of movement. It is so challenging, but also FUN at the same time. All the instructors have been so welcoming, great at demo-ing moves so that as a newbie I don't get lost, and the workout flies by as I feel myself getting stronger every class.“
“The best pilates studios around :) super knowledgeable. Chris is amazing! Very mindful and as aware of his students, I hear him daily in my head telling me to pull my ribs in ? the energy of the studio, teachers and students make it ?.“
“Awesome place to work out. Was in Washington for a few months and just need a local gym to do my own stuff. If you need a trainer to help you out or just a place to show up and do your own workouts I don't think you'll find any places better than this tbh“

I feel a difference in my skills and core strength! Highly recommend for anyone looking to find a great Pilates instructor.“
“This is the only studio you need to go. I have been going for a few months now, my body is way better and stronger than it was before. The ladies here are very knowledgeable and very very professional. They will take care of you, and at the same time give you a great work out.“
“Jenny is part of my health care "dream team". I've been seeing her regularly for over 2 years and have no plans to stop.I found Jenny while searching for a Pilates after my chiropractor suggested it might help with some of my issues (I had a lot). I was hesitant because I had tried what I thought was Pilates many times in the past and it never seemed to "work" for me. I just couldn't do it! Then I met Jenny. (spoiler alert - Pilates "classes" are NOT the same as 1-1 with Jenny).Jenny is an extremely talented, very impressive individual. Whether you need Pilates, nutrition advice, help reaching personal fitness goals, help recovering from an injury or the miracles of MAT, Jenny is amazing and can help. It's never a cookie cutter workout, always tailored to what your body (and mind) needs or can handle that day. Jenny is attentive as she guides and observes your form, noticing issues and adjusting you or the exercise before you even realize something might be off.I can't say enough positive things about Jenny and would be happy to be a reference if you have any questions. If I posted correctly, that's me and one of my partners in these pictures - I still look at the picture and can't believe I am doing it - and it isn't even the hardest move she throws at us! I am so much stronger and healthier than when I first met Jenny.OK - done talking now.“

2351 10th Ave E, Seattle“I took the Reformer Fundamentals class with Ellie and absolutely loved it! Ellie is an extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and intentional teacher. I can tell she puts a lot of effort into her class plan and she values safety and inclusion. I’ve had spine surgery and so I almost always need accommodations in workout classes, and Ellie was super helpful which allowed me do Pilates safely and feel welcome. Also, the studio is spacious and clean which is always a plus! I 10/10 recommend this class with Ellie and can’t wait to go back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

777 Thomas St, Seattle“Great location, good environment and vibe. This studio is more for people who are already familiar with largee and its moves, and don’t need much customization or guidance. The instructor role is more focused on pacing the class and encouraging students, without much teaching or correction. Love the selection of music too!“

1811 130th Ave NE Suite 102, Bellevue“Inertia6 is arguably the best authentic Pilates studio in Bellevue. I suffer regularly from lower back pain and my time spent with Rachael has been life changing to say the least. She takes the time to get to know you and your body to construct an individualized fitness plan to determine the best plan of action to meet your needs. I started seeing her to complement my PT to help strengthen my core, and I have not had a spasm since doing so. On top of that, her implementation of massage to complement Pilates is a great way to loosen up the very muscles you’re strengthening during class.Rachael’s abundant knowledge and enthusiasm for her practice inspires confidence in those she teaches....she quite literally helps shape you into a better person. She is a kind and caring instructor who puts the needs of her clients first, I absolutely recommend going to see her even if just to check things out.“

2612 3rd Ave, Seattle“My instructor (Ray) is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and easy going. He catches and pays very close attention to all the fine details. I've attended a couple of classes so far, and I plan on continuing. The 1:1 class has been great. I'd been looking for traditional Pilates that involves equipment, and this place is it. I highly recommend this place!“
“I've gone for over 6 years and it's an amazing studio. Kristin is amazing; professional, hilarious and instructs. “
“Strong and mindful teachers all the way around. Loving community. Consistent schedule with many times available for hot vinyasa or hatha 26/28; I appreciate the flexibility. Yoga room needs repair, and the flooring is creating lumps on the four corners of the room. Fairly priced for unlimited, assuming you attend 4 times a week.“
