I love it here! Totally non-pretentious and the staff are super helpful. I love that it feels homey and local, not corporate. The monthly membership is a good deal and I enjoy the classes when I can make it to one! Very convenient location as well.
Ive been at FHC for a little over a month now and I have to say, its been an amazing experience. I’ve always had gym anxiety and having had a bad experience at a previous facility, FHC has been a breath of fresh air. All the staff is extremely nice, polite, and helpful. The facility has a plethora of different machines along with multiple benches and racks. They are open 24/7 with optional parking for a small monthly fee. The gym has all the equipment you’ll ever need and then some. It’s not usually crowded and they allow dogs, which is a big plus for dog owners. Not sure if that’s a good idea, but everyone seems ok with having the dogs in the office and waiting areas.
