This is a healing space. When you come to the studio, you are guaranteed a very small group, no more than 4 trainees. Very knowledgeable instructors watch your body move with some kind of x-ray vision, especially Janet. They give suggestions that are true game changers. I've been doing pilates for 9 years. The last 4 years, I was in the highest level group at a very high-intensity reformer studio. When I came to Soma, I was sure I'd be underwhelmed. This is the only studio you need to go. I have been going for a few months now, my body is way better and stronger than it was before. The ladies here are very knowledgeable and very very professional. They will take care of you, and at the same time give you a great work out.

I been taking group Pilates classes at Soma for over a year now highly recommend them. I had really tight muscles & fascia as well as neck/shoulder pain before I started the classes and these have dramatically improved. I'm also so much stronger and more fit than before. Vanessa has led most of my classes and I've also taken a few classes from Angela & both are highly skilled and excellent instructors.
