This was my first time ever doing Pilates and I was honestly super nervous, but the instructors at Studio 45 are so helpful and make you feel really comfortable. After just 5 classes, I already feel so much stronger and better! It’s definitely hard and challenging, but you can always go at your own pace and do what feels right for you.
I also love the small class sizes and how many different types of classes there are. It makes it easy to try different instructors and styles and figure out what you like. I love this studio! It’s so nice getting in a solid 45-minute workout and knowing I don’t have to think about working out for the rest of the day. Highly recommend!

Just the right balance of intensity and body mindfulness. The instructors are very welcoming and provide clear instructions. There's variety in the moves so every class is slightly different. I'm recovering from a sprain and this has been a great way to stay active!
