About Studio 26 Pilates
Studio 26 Pilates is a 1200 square foot space with an open floor plan, filled with natural light, conveniently located on the main floor, just south of Swedish Hospital, Edmonds Campus. The studio is fully equipped with a range of Gratz apparatus, including Reformers, Cadillacs, and more. The certified Classical Pilates instructors, trained by Romana's Pilates, are knowledgeable, experienced, and dedicated to their craft, providing detailed explanations and personalized attention. The studio is meticulously clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting environment. Pilates at Studio 26 has changed my health. I use to be in to see my chiropractor & massage therapist every few weeks but now I have built my own strength and maybe get adjusted a few times a year. It’s my new way of life. I highly recommend some private lessons because they can see your full alignment, how you use your feet, etc which makes you aware & may reduce joint pain. Studio 26 is the best!!

I cannot speak enough good words about Studio 26. Diane and Susanne, the instructors, take into account how I am feeling in any given day and adjust my work out to be just right. There work outs are for "the rest of us".....For those of us that are not able to put on the running shoes and go jog 5 miles or lift those weights. Their work outs are gentle yet energizing, fun yet "get the job done". If you are like me and often wake up often not feeling so great give a few sessions a try.
