Over the years, Mr. Dodd has replaced an entire HVAC system in an older house we owned, completed a tune-up on an existing system (several times), replaced just a part of an HVAC system rather than the whole system, and this week, replaced a gas hot water heater for our home. Several years ago, Mr. Dodd hired his grandson as an assistant. The two work as a great team. So, when you call Dodd Heating Cooling and Plumbing, the same team arrives to do the job every time. Our latest plumbing problem had the team arrive, check the type of water heater needed, and locate where the water heater was in the house. The Dodd team was back in a short period of time. They removed the old water heater, installed the new water heater, and hauled the old water heater away. From start to finish, the job was completed in a timely fashion. When Mr. Dodd left to purchase a new water heater, he could have easily stopped at a nearby Big Box store. Instead, he went to a wholesaler and purchased a higher quality water heater at a much lower price. We highly recommend James Dodd Heating Cooling and Plumbing. They’ve become like family!
