Ray is very customer friendly and thorough in his work. He took this job from another technician that could not get it right after four attempts. I suggested the 27year old float valve might be the problem. It was never looked at. My wife called and asked for a different technician to look at the issue. Ray McPherson came and fixed it with a new float valve. He also installed an overflow drip-pan float switch and flushed out the main drain line. The first technician wanted to replace all the piping to the tune of $1000. I had already spent $10,000. for the ac work and a new gas furnace install. I highly recommend Ray. Had a major issue with a drain line on a Sunday night. A1 was easy to contact and came out quickly to assess the situation and get us cool overnight. In assessing they found various issues that were corrected to ensure my HVAC is as efficient as possible. Jake was great and his communication was far above par.
