I recently had another great experience with this company Chris Mechanical My previous experiences have been for routine maintenance for my heating and cooling systems every 6 months for the past 3 years since I purchased the home. The technician was on time, great personality, professional and cleaned up after the job. Each routine maintenance service call prevented a bigger problem from developing. I am grateful that they are so skilled at repair and maintenance . I have grown to trust their expertise. I have great confidence in their work and in the company in general. So recently I had a really bad blocked drain in the kitchen. I did what I could to unclog it but I was unsuccessful. I realized that Chris Mechanical also has plumbing services available. I called on a Sunday and the plumber was able to fit me into the schedule a day later. Since it was just the kitchen and not the entire plumbing line it was ok to wait. If you need emergency services the plumber would probably be able to get there ASAP. We had our AC go out on the hottest day of the year. That’s always the way it goes. My neighbor recommended Chris Mechanical and I called Greg directly. He was able to get me on the schedule that day. He showed up on time, inspected my compressor, diagnosed and repaired my capacitor in less than 15 minutes. He validated the unit had the proper level of refrigerant and would cool the space accordingly. They charged a fair rate for their services and knowledge. I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC solutions.
