The first time I used Advantage Heating and Cooling was in October of 2013, for an emergency service call, a few years later there was another issue with the system that required replacement. Service manager came out and checked to make sure what the technician said was accurate, compared the old system (19 years old) to what was currently available. Scheduled replacement for the next day. This most recent service was to repair and replace some damaged ducting under the house. Service manager came out for an inspection and quote, scheduled, and told technician would be here between 8 and 9 am they were here at 802AM job completed by 10AM. Our ac decided to quit working while I was at work. I called advantage heating and cooling. They sent a technician out immediately. Cameron was wonderful- he diagnosed the problem and was able to take care of it right then. I can’t recommend advantage heating and cooling enough. They are absolutely great to work with.
From the first call to their office, you are greeted from a super nice person, I believe her name is Pearl. She set the schedule, technicians were on time, polite, and the best part is there were knowledgeable and they worked. Advantage Heating & Cooling were as advertised; 5-star
