We came to Galactic as a recommendation from my father, for a second opinion after another company gave us a list of things needed to be done but then would never answer to schedule. First of all, the office team is incredible, they answer the phone and I was given the list of names of the few people that will always be answering during business hours. Not a virtual call center.
