Never been a customer before and they fit me immediately. Now, how is that for customer service. The tech (Brian) arrived timely and was still wearing a smile. He was eager to get started and off he went. He was in and out in no time and quite pleasant to work with. Problem averted. All is good! So nice working with an attentive Customer Service team as well. They have earned a new customer.
My technician today was James. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and pleasant. He listened to any concerns I had and after evaluating them, he responded in a professional manner. I have been with Guy Smith for many years and they continue to provide exceptional service.
I had a gas leak at my house and I was able to make a next day appointment. The plumber who came was able to explain to us the problem and possibilities of how to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me a piece of mind in knowing my family is safe.
