They were able to come right out and worked hard to replace the part before our new renters moved in! “We used AHS for our insurance and the time that we needed our AC to get fix, they sent A-1 Heating/Cooling Llc. I was so disappointed to the first person ( a lady) who came to our house. She gave us an 8-9am scheduled so I took a day off from work because I was expecting her to come on the scheduled time but she ended coming to our house around 8-9 pm and left almost 11 pm and still our AC wasn't fixed and that's another disappointment again..She gave us another scheduled to comeback the following week. We needed to wait again and deal without AC.. The good thing is the time that they need to come back, they sent another person and I believed the names are Julian and Andy. Thank God that 2 guys were so good. They knew what they were doing and they even explained to us every detail of the problem and how they gonna fix it.
