“I contacted Bluestar Air Mechanical for a second opinion after an appointment with Air One. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues. Since replacing the HVAC is a big investment, I wanted to get a second opinion. “Dr. Bill installed my water pressure backup sump pump about 2 years ago. You never want the backup to kick on, but after an (unnamed) plumber came over for a check, something happened - and I realized my backup sump pump was kicking on.

Fortunately, the water pressure backup was working as designed and planned. I called The Plumbing Dr to check up on my pumps to figure out if there was something wrong with my main pump. Turey inspected both, adjusted some settings, and now both are back to working as planned. Most importantly, my basement is dry. Hooray!“
