“This is our third experience with Abel Plumbing. The first time we had a toilet reinstallation and the lattertwo times we have worked with Rob. The second time we needed a new drop in sink and also guidance on a new faucet. He let us know that we would get a better discount if we went shopping ourselves, but gave us advice along the way. He went as far as giving us his personal cell number so we could call him while we were in the store if we had any questions.

Each time he is here he’s quick with service and gets the job done. Most recently we had a leak in a pipe in our basement and he fixed that in under 15 minutes. I then realized , after he left, that there was no water coming from one of our sinks afterwards although the toilet was working fine in the same bathroom and all the water in that rest, the house was fine.

He came back the next day in the morning and worked on the issue and charged us nothing for it. Part of it was just a safety precaution on the sink but another part he cleaned out.

I highly recommend them as a business. They were having a little bit of an issue with their phones so Bob gave me his personal cell phone to call anytime needed. If you don’t get a call back the same day please call again.
