JM has done several major projects, all with excellent results and very high quality. They arrive on time; work hard; do a great job with routing pipes and conduits through tight spaces; make good recommendations on the right equipment needed for the situation. I've got tankless water heater and furnace, now freeing up an entire room in my basement.

We arranged with Nick to have a very old gas boiler and water heater replaced, and at the same time got other plumbing needs taken care of--a new sump pump and outside water faucet. Communication was great, all employees were courteous and professional, and the equipment installed seems fine, although we’re waiting for the heat to be needed, which should happen soon. The work area was left tidy.

We are extremely pleased with the service we received regarding the installation of our tankless water heater. Nick came out for the estimate and walked through everything, answering all our questions. The crew that did the install was extremely professional, neat, efficient and did a fantastic job. We talked to many companies about going tankless and we're really glad we went with JM Plumbing. Highly recommended! Five stars from our family hands down.
