“Update: They sold the company to Michael Bonsby. Guarantees on repairs for the aystems they installed were not transferred. We lost over 5 years of free repairs. Basically, NICE charged a ton of money and then sold the company to not honor their commitment. Original contracts, which used to be available electronically, are just gone.
Old review: We've had our HVAC work done by Nice and now our water heater. They came in almost $1000 under our last replacement. Their sales people aren't high pressure and they take their time to thoroughly plan the job. In the 2+ years they've been servicing our systems, there has not been a single negative thing I could say. Very professional.”
