Mike ran a scope down our waste pipes to the connection to the county. He made the time to show me where a 10-ft break in the main sewer pipe began and ended, all within our unfinished basement. He also proved how the pipes were connected, which was contrary to what every other plumbing service said. Thankfully, it looks like the pipe broke years ago. We do not (yet) have an emergency so we can plan and schedule a repair.

We had a great experience with Long Corp. Mike came out to perform a preventative camera inspection of our sewer line to check for any signs of wear or aging. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain everything he was seeing throughout the process.
The inspection took about an hour, and Mike worked efficiently while making sure we understood the condition of our sewer line. He also provided us with a thumb drive containing the camera footage for our records, which we really appreciated.

We had external water service line leak. Long’s Corporation not only came out quickly, Nelson also saw that we had an infant and went out of his way to schedule us in for instant repair even though the regular scheduling would have left us without water till the following day. He got the work done within few hours and had our water back by the end of the same day. Nelson kept the area he worked ok and our property very clean and communicated clearly to us what to expect.
