Woke up this morning to a failed water heater, called Andy and he was able to get my house back up and running before lunch time. He was prompt with his arrival, offered both 6 year and 10 year warranty products, and piped up new fittings/valves. Big thanks to Baumbach Plumbing for his quality work. I will be calling him for all my future plumbing issues.
Very pleased with the service. We called at 9 am and Andy came within 1 hr gave a quote and picked up a new toilet and freed the blockage, was done in 1 hr. Andy is very responsive and professional and we definitely will call on him when the need arises.
We had a leak late at night and called Andy on a Saturday morning and he came in 30 minutes. He fixed the issue immediately and also unclogged a toilet. All for a fair price and a great degree of customer service. Thank you Andy.
