    Zach trained me in person in 2017. He was able to work with my budget and develop an in person training program for me that developed into a great friendship. Soon afterwards, I started getting chronically ill and Zach was always there to give me advice on exercises I could do without exasperating my various conditions. He even still sends me studies about exercise/nutrition and things I can do to help.

    I have used Zach for both in person training and virtual training over the course of 10 years. I cannot recommend him enough, and have referred him to several friends and family of different ages, genders, and experience levels - many have also trained with him as well. Zach is the most knowledgeable trainer you will ever work with. He knows a variety of exercises and techniques to achieve your goals and will work with you to find you the best routine for you.     I've been training with Zach since February 2021. I have lost over 20lbs and I see a large difference in my strength, endurance and physical appearance. He is supportive, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions or concerns about health, diet, and proper technique. He goes at my pace and increases intensity as I got used to work outs. I am happy with my results and looking forward to continuing Zach's work outs. I highly recommend him!

Zach Crawford is a NASM, FMS, Online Trainer Academy, and COMPLETE HUMAN PERFORMANCE Hybrid level 1 certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience. He specializes in training older populations, weight loss, strength training, powerlifting, running, lifestyle changes, diet adherence, prevention of injury, and integrating endurance work with strength programming. ​ He has successfully worked with clients between the ages of 14-96 years old, helping them with their individual goals. Zach has a gift with older clientele that have a desire for a higher quality of life as well as individuals that want to both run and lift without injury.
