“I recently participated in a group training session at Train. With Happy Hour Athletics and it was an amazing experience! Tran, the trainer, is highly knowledgeable and created a supportive and motivating environment throughout the entire session.
The group training format was fantastic because it allowed for interaction and collaboration with other participants. It was great to work alongside like-minded individuals who shared similar fitness goals. The trainer is so excellent at adapting the exercises to accommodate different fitness levels, ensuring that everyone felt challenged and engaged.
The training sessions were well-structured and focused on a variety of exercises that targeted different muscle groups. The trainer provided clear instructions and guidance, ensuring proper form and technique. I could really feel the benefits of the workouts, both in terms of strength and endurance.

It is evident that Kimior has put much thought into creating a gym environment that is warm and welcoming to people of all ages and in all stages of their personal growth. I love that they emphasize health in its entirety--including sleep, nutrition, stretching/flexibility, muscle growth, fat loss (if that's your goal) and even a positive mental health. Michaela, in particular, has been an absolute blessing to my health and wellbeing. She is always ready to adjust my workouts based on my ongoing injuries and soreness, and has even implemented more mobility work to help with my injuries. Joining Battle Fitness has kept me accountable and taught me how to have a healthy relationship with food and working out.I have tried another trainer before, but they didn't pay as much attention to detail as Jé did with my workout and nutritional guidance. With Jé, I could see results almost immediately.Training with a semi-private group makes working out fun! Though we have our individual goals and are at different points in our transformation journey, we are able to push each other to keep going. Plenty of machines/racks and the locker room is clean. You'll be hard-pressed to find a better gym than this for the same cost.App kind of sucks, but that's out of their control.Would love it if there were competition-grade Kg plates, but I might be in the small minority that would use them.“

“Igor is an amazing personal trainer! I’ve been training with him for almost 5 years and he still surprises us with his variety of exercises-you don’t get bored. He is able to modify all exercises to individual needs and he’s great with helping you recover if you’ve had an injury or surgery.He also works out with you-he’s not one to stand around just counting for you. Igor also gives you workout plans while you’re traveling and will Zoom sessions too. His prices are so reasonable given the amount of training and talent he brings. And, he’s just one of the nicest people you’ll meet. My strength, stamina and balance are better than some of the younger clients and that’s thanks to Igor. I ran my first Army 10 Miler and also finished the Stadium Spartan race!“
