I can't say enough about the amazing customer service we received from Will Hymes. He helped us with our order, answered all our questions (we had a lot) and was super helpful when we realized we purchased the wrong product. We won't shop for plumbing supplies anywhere else!

Saved me from a hefty bill at 6:30am. My A/C capacitor decided to quit on a Saturday evening. Looked all over trying to find a HVAC supply store that opens on a Sunday. No luck, but found Northeastern Supply that opened at 6:30am Monday. Just enough time to purchase the part, install it and still get to work on time. I headed over there first thing in the morning and they had what I needed. 5 mins in and out...30 more minutes to get my AC working again. I could have gone to Grainger but the price difference was night and day ($15 vs. $50).

Very happy that a competitor of Northeastern referred me when I could not find a replacement part for my Trane unit. Its great to have a local company that will sell to the public. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me back (@ busy counter time) like they promised and when I said I would be there the next morning to pick up the part, it was sitting right there on the counter waiting for me, ready to go! And to top it off, their price for the exact factory replacement was significantly less than anything on the internet (Amazon, Ebay, etc). My only regret is that it would have been easier to find them in my internet searches. Goes to show that the internet does...read full review
