When my 27 year old A/C compressor failed on one of our recent hottest days, my homeowners warranty assigned the job to American Hi-Tech Co…and I soon connected with Hamid. He same at the end of the same day I called and determined that the unit was dead. He said he would contact the warranty company and request/suggest replacement. While I know that is what they all promise, I never really expected that would actually be the case. Wonderful service. As compared to the larger HVAC companies, you are able to reach a live person who is the actual technician. You don't need to go through a call center dispatcher to get ahold of the technician. Hamid was incredibly responsive, professional, kind, and just helpful in educating me about what the issue was and how to fix it. He finished the job within a few hours, including retrieving the part from a distributor, and my heater is up and running!Service: Repair HVAC
